Dan Fitzpatrick
Co-founder
Dan is an artist, business executive, youth sports coach, and father of five. He received his Bachelors degree in studio art from the UCI with studies abroad in Bordeaux, France and Jyväskylä, Finland. He holds an MBA from USC in entrepreneurship where he served as President of the Entrepreneur and Venture Management Association. Dan has founded and sold five companies and built custom software for more than 50 Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Delta Airlines, FedEx, and Continental Airlines.
Mike Dann
Co-founder
Mike launched The Aero while working as the Vice President of Business Development at Sunvair.
Mike envisioned an improved customer experience for landing gear overhauls.
Together with Dan Fitzpatrick, Mike helped design the Job Status Portal to bring visibility
and collaboration to the repair process.
Mike has over 25 has years of senior sales management experience.
Prior to Sunvair, Mike filled various senior management positions in the distribution industry.
He matriculated at California State University Humboldt with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Laura Linville
Controller
Laura joined The Aero in 2023 and manages accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prior to The Aero, Laura was the Controller and Office Manager at the Heritage companies.
She has extensive experience in accounting in the healthcare, construction, and property management industries.
Laura enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains and reading great books.
Trent Henrey
Account Manager
Trent, armed with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Minor in Managing for Sustainability from
California State University-Chico, is passionate about leveraging his knowledge to address safe sourcing of processing
for metal finishing.
During his internship at Sunvair he applied Lean Six Sigma methodologies to spearhead a continuous improvement plan,
resulting in savings of more than $1 million annually.
He has immersed himself in the metal finishing industry.
He worked closely to ensure internal safety for such programs at SpaceX and military entities, thus enriching his experience.
In his spare time Trent enjoys Golfing, Surfing, and Snowboarding.
Nathan Fitzpatrick
Account Manager
Nathan is a private pilot and passionate about the aerospace industry.
He joined The Aero from Empower where he had multiple roles in sales and account management.
Prior to that he handled sales and customer relationships at NTG.
He has lived in 10 coutries and enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
